We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the tube station and Kensington gardens. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was modern and supplied with high-quality toiletries. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the lovely grassed courtyard and the 24-hour dining room facility, which offered delicious coffee and tea. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly enjoyable.

Safe, secure, and super clean rooms. Great location for exploring London. Great breakout area with table and WiFi for working. Lovely grassed courtyard and dining room with 24-hour coffee and tea. Modern bathroom with fragrant and quality amenities. Super fluffy towels and towel warmer. Reception manned 24/7 with good staff. Great value breakfast with healthy snacks.

The room at this hotel was very modern and nicely decorated. It was also very clean and new, providing a spacious and comfortable stay for my family of three. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to several tube stations and just a short walk away from Kensington Gardens.
For us, this hotel was ideal.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and public transportation. The room was modern and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was great, and they provided large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash instead of single-use items. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
